
Norman S. Graves, President and Owner, has led National Metal Processing's growth and development for 33 of its 34 years. Prior to joining NMP, Norman worked for IBM Corporation in Lexington, Kentucky as a metallurgical lab technician for 13 years. In 1970, Norman joined NMP to develop a Quality Control Program. Since 1974 Norman has been NMP President and owner. Active in the Metal Treating Institute, Norman has served as committee chairman, chapter chairman, treasurer and president of the organization. Additionally, Norman is a board director for Heat Treating Network and a member of the Center for Heat Treating Excellence/Metal Processing Institute.
