National Metal Processing

Norman S. Graves, President and Owner, has led National Metal Processing's growth and development for most of the company's history. Prior to joining NMP, Norman worked for IBM Corporation in Lexington, Kentucky as a metallurgical lab technician for 13 years. In 1970, Norman joined NMP to develop a Quality Control Program. Since 1974 Norman has been NMP President and owner. Active in the Metal Treating Institute, Norman has served as committee chairman, chapter chairman, treasurer and president of the organization.

Boyd Parke, Production Manager, began work at NMP as a furnace operator, served as a metallurgical lab technician, and since 1973, has been Production Manager, coordinating customer product movement through the plant. Boyd's responsibilities include scheduling, expediting order flow, and arranging customer pick-up and delivery transportation. Additionally, Boyd analyzes production/staffing requirements.

Rick Jones, Product Assurance Manager, began work at National Metal Processing in 1998 to achieve ISO 9001:2008 certification and serves as NMP's ISO 9001 representative. Additionally, Rick is in charge of training for the company. Rick is a member of the American Society for Quality.

Ann Leslie Jones, Office Manager, joined NMP in 1985. Ann Leslie is responsible for invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Additionally, Ann Leslie performs NMP internal auditor functions.

Allen Graves, Marketing Manager, has been with National Metal Processing since 1986. Allen's responsibilities include conducting NMP market research, coordinating company promotional efforts, and assisting the sales manager in seeking new business.
